Farm Share Subscriptions

A farm share lets you purchase a portion of the season’s harvest ahead of time, which helps me cover the big upfront costs of seeds, supplies, and planning during the offseason. Your share is always made first, and you get perks like surprise extras and first pick of those early blooms. It’s convenient, too! you’ll have fresh flowers or produce waiting for you each week without having to think about it. It’s a simple way to support the farm and enjoy the best of what’s growing at Bailey Botanicals!

FAQs

Are gift subscriptions available?

Yes! Farm share subscriptions make great gifts. It's a perfect choice for the flower lover that has everything. Make a note at purchase if the subscription is for gifting!

I’ll be out of town one week during the subscription. What now?

  • Let me know during registration which week you’ll be out.
  • 2 Options:
    • Get an IOU coupon for redemption later.
    • Share the joy! Send a friend for pickup.

I missed a pickup. What happens now?

  • If you let me know 24 hours in advance that you’ll be unavailable, I can mark you down for a free market bouquet to be picked up at any farmers market.
  • If you miss the pickup window entirely and without notice, you’ll unfortunately miss that week.

I changed my mind. Are refunds available?

Due to the nature of CSAs, cash refunds are not available. We’ll find a way to get you your moneys worth though! There’s a few options.

  • Get $80 in store credit. Credit must be used during the 2026 growing season, and applies to cut flowers and produce only.
  • Donate your share! I’ll deliver it to a local nursing home or other charitable location. We'll handle delivery!
  • In the case of a waitlist, the share will be offered there. If Bailey Botanicals is able to fill the spot, only then is a refund possible.

How do I pay?

Emily may be smart enough to build a website, but she can't figure out e-commerce just yet. No worries, though! Bailey Botanicals has Cashapp, Paypal and Venmo. Instructions will be provided during registration.

What happens if the farm has an emergency?

In case of severe weather or illness, pickups or deliveries may be delayed.

    • Heavy rain: We try to work around rain, but long, wet spells can affect bloom quality. Your week may be skipped and added to the end of the subscription window if needed.
    • If Emily is sick: It takes a lot to keep me home! Worst case scenario, your pickup/delivery is delayed but never cancelled.

What if there's a crop failure?

For one reason or another, crops can fail or under perform. The farm plants a bumper crop of reliable favorites just in case something goes wrong! If everything is running behind, the start date may be pushed back by 1-2 weeks. Some colors or varieties may be substituted.
